Orders over £1000 inc VAT have FREE Delivery 

Orders Between £100 and £999.99 have a One Time £9.99 Delivery Charge

RETURN POLICY

Super Toys is happy to accept back any unwanted items for refund, 

within 14 days of purchase, providing the following terms are met:

All packaging must be intact and in the original packaging.

You are able to provide a valid proof of purchase 

i.e. copy of your receipt, email or invoice.

Return postage costs are covered by the customer 

your original postage charge will not be included in the refund.

FAULTY ITEMS

If you have bought an item from us that proves to be faulty, 

Please let us know as soon as the fault becomes apparent.

You must be able to provide a valid proof of purchase.

We reserve the right to test the product before accepting it back for refund or replacement.

When you send your return please include your contact details and order number.

Please allow up to 2 weeks for your return to be processed. 

Any items which is out of stock will be refunded back to you.

Refunds can take up to 7 working days.
