RETURN POLICY
Super Toys is happy to accept back any unwanted items for a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided the following terms are met:
-> All items must be in their original, intact packaging.
-> A valid proof of purchase is required (e.g., receipt, email, or invoice).
-> Return postage costs must be covered by the customer; the original postage charge will not be refunded.
For damaged goods: Please report any damaged items within 7 days of receiving your order.
FAULTY ITEMS
If you have bought an item from us that proves to be faulty, please let us know as soon as the fault becomes apparent. You must be able to provide a valid proof of purchase. We reserve the right to test the product before accepting it back for refund or replacement.
HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?
Click on the Contact Us button to get in touch with us and someone will get back to you. When you send your return please include your contact details and order number. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your return to be processed. Any items which are out of stock will be refunded back to you. Refunds can take up to 7 working days.

-> Orders Between £120 and £999 have a One Time £9.99 Delivery Charge.
