Super Toys is happy to accept back any unwanted items for a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided the following terms are met: 

* All items must be in their original, intact packaging.
* A valid proof of purchase is required (e.g., receipt, email, or invoice).
* Return postage costs must be covered by the customer; the original postage charge will not be refunded.

For damaged goods: Please report any damaged items within 7 days of receiving your order. 

No returns are accepted for seasonal products, including but not limited to Christmas items, Halloween items, Easter items, and other limited-season merchandise. All such items are final sale.
